Why it caught on: a stock photo of a young man in a dark suit and patterned tie, sold as a handsome businessman, came out of 4chan threads and got its Meme Generator page in 2010. Every sentence walks towards a tired stereotype and swerves into decency, so the only thing ever caught out is the listener's assumption.
