Why it caught on: in Revenge of the Sith (2005), before the duel on Mustafar, Obi-Wan tells Anakin that Palpatine is evil, Anakin answers "From my point of view, the Jedi are evil!" and Obi-Wan, with real despair, says "Well then you are lost!" The sub uses the three stills for any argument where both sides are certain and neither is listening.
