Your friend says "I don't mind it, I quite like it" every single morning. The commute is thirty minutes. It feels like a year. A twelve year old works out that the opposite of Microsoft is Macrohard. He has never been happier. Three teachers in the staffroom have never been more tired. Someone in the group chat asks you to send a link. You reply "to Siberia", which only works in Russian, and nobody gets it. You laugh alone, at your phone, with the eyes of a bird. **Why it caught on:** the red bird comes from "Winged Doom" by the artist Heiko Müller and took off on Russian imageboards in 2009, where the city of Omsk was the running joke for anything surreal, and a pun this dumb said with total confidence is impossible not to repeat.
