Your boss calls a meeting about why there are too many meetings. It's agreed that a follow up meeting is needed to discuss the findings. Okay. The train is delayed five minutes. Then twelve. Then just "delayed". Then cancelled, with a recorded apology for any inconvenience this may cause. Okay. **Why it caught on:** a plain rage comic face, looking down and quietly accepting whatever just happened, matched how people actually meet most of life's letdowns, which are too small to fight and too common to cry about.
