You put your phone in the fridge and the milk in your coat pocket. You notice at the bus stop. The milk, in fairness, is still cold. At work you reply all to complain about people replying all. It goes to 400 people. You've now been added to a working group about email. **Why it caught on:** a young chimpanzee pulling a proud, pouting face.
